Information you provide

If you contact me, I receive the details you submit so that I can respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant publisher monetisation services. Please do not send advertising-platform passwords or other sensitive credentials.

Publisher dashboard authentication

The publisher dashboard uses Cloudflare Access for authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the basic identity information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address. The site does not receive or store your Google password and does not request access to your advertising account through this login.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to the publisher monetisation newsletter, your email address and any first name you provide are sent to Mailchimp, which manages subscriptions, confirmation emails and newsletter delivery. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the signup form from automated abuse.

Service providers

Cloudflare supports website delivery, security, form protection and access control. Mailchimp processes newsletter subscriber information and email delivery. Form and email providers may process enquiry details on my behalf. These services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, client work, legal obligations and business records. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable obligations.
